Privacy policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026

This policy describes what happens to personal information in connection with infinitihub.online. The short version: this site collects nothing itself, sets no cookies, and runs no tracking of any kind. What follows explains that in full, and covers the two things that do involve personal information — server logs kept by the hosting provider, and emails a reader chooses to send.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The entity responsible for personal information handled in connection with this site is:

BJ PLOMBERIE ET CLIMATISATION publishes this site and decides how the limited information described below is handled. Any privacy question or request should go to the email address above.

2. What is collected

There are exactly two categories, and no others.

2.1 Nothing is collected through the site itself

infinitihub.online has no contact form, no newsletter, no registration, no account, no search box, no quiz, no comments, no chat widget and no field of any kind in which to type information. It sets no cookies of its own and permits no third party to set one. It uses no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB and no device fingerprinting. It loads no analytics, no advertising tag, no conversion pixel, no social embed and no third-party script. Reading this site therefore creates no record held by the publisher.

2.2 Server logs kept by the hosting provider

Like every website, this one is delivered by a web server, and that server records ordinary technical information about each request. The hosting provider engaged by the publisher keeps these logs. Each entry typically contains the IP address the request came from, the browser's user agent string, the URL requested, the date and time, the response code, and the referring page where the browser supplies one.

An IP address can be personal information in some circumstances, which is why it is described here. These logs are generated automatically by the server and are not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile, not used for advertising, and not analysed for marketing purposes.

2.3 Emails you choose to send

If you write to info@infinitihub.online, the publisher receives your email address, the content of your message, and anything else you decide to include. Nothing about this is automatic: it happens only because you chose to send it. You are not obliged to include any personal detail beyond what your question requires.

3. Why it is handled, and on what basis

Each category of information, why it is handled and on what basis

Your information is never sold, rented, licensed or exchanged, and it is never used to send marketing. The publisher does not operate a mailing list.

4. How long it is kept

5. Who it is disclosed to, and the cross-border position

The only third party that receives any information in connection with this site is the hosting provider engaged by the publisher, which operates the server that delivers these pages and holds the logs described above. No other recipient exists. In particular, no analytics provider, no advertising network, no social platform and no font or script provider receives anything, because this site makes no request to any of them. All fonts used here are those already present on the reader's own device.

Disclosure outside Australia. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8, an organisation must tell readers where personal information may go outside Australia. The publisher is established in France, and the hosting infrastructure that delivers this site and holds its logs is located outside Australia, in Europe. If you are in Australia and visit this site or send an email to the address above, your information is handled outside Australia and is subject to the laws of the country where it is held. The publisher takes reasonable steps to engage providers that apply appropriate protections, but you should be aware that overseas recipients may not be subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

6. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. Access to the mailbox and to the hosting account is restricted to the publisher's own personnel and is protected by passwords that are not reused elsewhere. Because the site collects nothing, there is no database of reader information to protect, which is the most effective security measure available and the reason it was chosen.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and email in particular is not a confidential channel. Please do not send financial details, identity documents, passwords or health information to the address on this site.

7. Your rights

If the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to a handling of your information, you may ask for access to the personal information held about you, and you may ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. Requests go to info@infinitihub.online and are answered within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the independent regulator for privacy in Australia, at oaic.gov.au. The publisher asks only that you raise the matter with it first, so that it has a chance to resolve the issue directly.

8. Data breaches

If a breach of personal information occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose information is affected, the publisher will assess it promptly and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, will notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as that scheme requires.

9. Readers under 16

This site is written for adults — typically parents and carers — and is not directed at children. It collects nothing from anyone, including anyone under 16. If a young person writes to the email address above, the publisher will answer the question or, where it concerns an account, direct them to the game operator's own support channel, and will delete the message once the exchange is finished.

10. European and United Kingdom readers

The publisher is established in France, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its handling of personal information.

The legal basis relied on is Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests: operating and securing the publisher's own website, and responding to correspondence a reader has initiated. No consent basis is relied on, because this site sets no cookies and uses no similar technology, so there is nothing requiring consent. Readers have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection in respect of information held about them, exercisable at info@infinitihub.online. A reader who considers that their information has been handled unlawfully may complain to a supervisory authority, which in France is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) at cnil.fr, or to the authority in their own country of residence.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page and the effective date at the top is updated. Because the site collects nothing and has no mailing list, there is no way to notify readers individually; the date at the top of this page is the authoritative indication. Should the site ever introduce a cookie, a form or any third-party script, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated, and any consent mechanism required will be in place, before that change goes live.
