The terms on which infinitihub.online is made available. They are short, because the site does little: it publishes information and links to other sites.
1. Who publishes this site

2. What the site is
Infiniti Hub is an informational knowledge base about online horse and stable games, written for readers in Australia. It is not a game operator, a retailer, a reseller or an authorised representative of any product it describes, and it sells nothing. It is not an official source for any game.
3. The information here is general
Everything published here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, security or parenting advice, and it does not take account of any individual's circumstances. Decisions about whether a particular game suits a particular person, and about any purchase, remain the reader's own, and where a matter is significant it is worth taking advice from someone qualified to give it.
4. Product information changes
Information about any product described here is drawn from the material its advertiser has published and is correct only so far as that material goes. Prices, features, content, system requirements, membership terms, availability and classification all change, and they are published by the product's own operator and by the relevant authority rather than by this site. Before making any purchase decision, check the vendor's own current pages. Where this site does not hold a fact, it says so rather than estimating it.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites, including the websites of game operators, the advertiser whose links are paid, and Australian government bodies. Those sites are not under the publisher's control. The publisher is not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability, or their privacy and security practices, and a link is not an endorsement of the site linked to. Visiting a linked site means being subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Paid links
Some links on this site are affiliate links, and the publisher earns a commission when a reader creates an account with the advertiser after following one. Infiniti Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and product names are used for identification and description only. The text, layout, stylesheet, script and original graphics of this site belong to BJ PLOMBERIE ET CLIMATISATION. You may read, print and quote from these pages for personal and non-commercial purposes with attribution; republishing the material in bulk requires the publisher's written permission.
8. Acceptable use
This site may not be used in a way that interferes with its operation or its availability to other readers, including automated requests at a volume that burdens the server, attempts to gain unauthorised access to it, or framing its pages so as to misrepresent who publishes them.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights apply in full and take precedence over anything in this clause.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, where the publisher is established. Nothing in this clause deprives a reader in Australia of the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or of any other mandatory consumer protection available to them under the law of their place of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that place where the law allows it.
